Hi, I’m Kaylah

I graduated from Arizona State University in 2021 with a BA in Fashion. My studies at ASU were centered around apparel design where I repeatedly practiced developing a collection from start to finish. This includes brand development, market research, mood boards, illustration, technical design, CAD and traditional pattern-making, sample making, fabric sourcing, and construction of the final design.

For my senior capstone project, I created a second-hand fashion brand, Lunes (@lunesthrift on Instagram). I created a brand identity, curated a collection of second-hand items for the Lunes customer, fully designed an e-commerce site, and conceptualized, directed, and styled a shoot for our website. I created Lunes because I wanted to put my website design, brand development, content creation, and styling skills to the test while also incorporating my all-time favorite hobby- treasure hunting at the thrift store.

I have professional experience in product styling, runway dressing, and garment production. I am eager to deepen my understanding of the apparel design and production process while contributing to a company that values career development and creative excellence.
